Our Bavarian wheat beer just got hit with an Australian hop bomb. It turned out light, almost like a hazy IPA, but without the bitterness—because the sweetness of the wheat is balanced by the fruity character of the hops. Balance is the keyword here. The Australian Nectaron and Eclipse hops come in just like they would in an IPA. Fun fact: our brewer discovered this style in Australia, where people sip on brews like this. Dry-hopped Aussie wheat beer for everyone!
