We chained Alice and got stuck deep in the darkness of the Rabbit Hole. No sadness anywhere, as complexity and simplicity scream at once in every sip. Double after double—that’s the beauty of life in the hole.
It was insanely hard to decide what to brew together with the Bulgarian Metalhead Brewery, since practically every one of their beers blew our minds. In the end, we settled on a sure-thing plan: let’s make a “headbanger” double West Coast IPA. They even sent us the base malt recipe via message, and we boosted it with Vista, Simcoe, and Cascade hops—let it rip. Of course, Alice in Chains’ Down in a Hole blasted the whole time, and our designer got totally into the vibe—check out the label!
