The season is upon us, it’s time for the heavy stuff. Following right after Chococo Dreams, our zserbó cake inspired imperial pastry stout, Gerbeaud Magic is here to please us!
Instead of lactose, maltodextrin and oats are responsible for the thick body, whilst the flavor is dominated by the addition of apricots, cocoa powder and walnuts. Don’t be surprised: as usual, we ferment the fruit with the beer, so there is a distinct tartness present in this stout. The vibrant contrast helps though, making it easier to down this 10% abv heavy-hitter.
