Summer is slowly coming to an end, cooler days await. That's why we re-brewed last fall's popular experimental batch, the aptly named Sour Mate fruited sour ale! Plums and cherries are mixed with the spicy notes of hops, cinnamon and vanilla in a base created by our kettle sour technique. To some it resembles homemade compote, others are reminded of grandma's pastries, but one thing is certain; fits the autumn mood perfectly!
The new brew will be on tap for the first time on the 6th of October in the Rabbit’s Hole. Do you want to be amongst the first to taste it? Then mark the date well and consider reserving a table!
