Fehér Nyúl’s flagship and one of our most sought-after beers. Its history stretches back further than the brewery itself! As homebrewers, we toiled to find the "IPA" recipe that lived in our heads. When we finally felt we had created the perfect version, we entered it into the annual homebrewers' competition. It took first place against a field of over 70 entries! This success was the catalyst that led our founders—Álmos, Péter, and András—to take the leap and establish the brewery.
Although the recipe has seen minor facelifts over the years, the concept remains the same: a classic, hop-centric American IPA.
However, the time came for another renewal. We put the IPA recipe under the microscope once again. We didn't just fine-tune the label by a hair; we tweaked the liquid, too. We conducted blind tastings, consulted our hospitality partners, and gathered feedback from fans of the "Rabbit." The result is a fuller-bodied, deeper-colored IPA that still goes down smooth at any time.
