Together with the OneTwo team from Timișoara, we’ve dreamed up an unconventional sour beer that proves tart notes and sweet, roasted aromas don't just coexist—they make an incredible pair. At the heart of Mandorlina lies the duo of almond and specialty coffee.
What makes this beer even more special is the personal connection: our head brewer, Zsolt, sent coffee from his own Dagaz Roastery to Romania, where it was blended with organic almond extract before heading into the tanks. Even we were stunned by the final result - the coffee’s fruity-roasted aromas combined with the almond flavor create a complex experience that would be a mistake to miss. Trust us, once again.
