Our one of a kind Off Flavor Identification Workshop offers participants the unique chance to train their senses on 12 of the most common chemical compounds present in beer, that can be a sign of a faulty product (or in some cases can be an identifying character to a certain style). During the guided tasting session, you can experience such off flavors in a safe, controlled manner with plenty on explanations given for each substances’ role. Whilst we host Hungarian-based programs on a regular schedule, for English speaking options you have to book in advance.
