We bolster a classic Bavarian wheat base with premium mango and passion fruit puree. Since the fruit ferments alongside the beer, it doesn’t add residual sweetness; instead, it allows the full aroma and flavor profile of the fruit to shine through in the finished brew. We have thoroughly fine-tuned the recipe: we dialed back the tartness slightly to give the beer a softer, rounder mouthfeel. We also pumped up the mango presence to make those tropical fruit notes you love explode with even more intensity, all beautifully supported by a fuller-bodied base.
