The flagship of Fehér Nyúl, one of our most recognized beer on offer. Its story goes beyond that of the actual brewery! As homebrewers, we worked hard to develop the recipe for the ideal IPA concept that lived in our heads. After brewing the beer that we felt achieved this goal, we entered it to the National Homebrewers’ Cup of Hungary, and out of more than 70 entries it came up on top! This success was played a big part in the decision to start a brewery by our founders, Álmos, Péter and András. Since 2016 the recipe underwent slight modifications to accommodate global trends, but the concept is still the same; a classic, hop forward American IPA. The time has come for yet another renewal. We've once again taken a close look at our IPA recipe. Not only did we fine-tune the label ever so slightly, but we also tweaked the recipe itself. We conducted blind tastings, consulted our hospitality partners, and gathered feedback from Fehér Nyúl fans as well. The result is a fuller-bodied, deeper-colored IPA that still goes down smoothly anytime.
