We at Fehér Nyúl are proud to be able to make connections between new-wave and classical beer styles. This might be the best example for that; White Passion is based on the classic German Hefeweizen style. However, we added a large amount of premium mango and passionfruit purée to the fermenting beer. Fermenting the fruit alongside the beer results in a dry, tart, and very aromatic experience, that serves as an excellent thirst quencher for all beer enthusiasts!
