French for "season," this light-colored, traditional, pastoral-ale style beer originates from the experiences of the brewer while traveling in Wallonia.  (The French-speaking part of Belgium) Saison's traditionally are light-bodied, dry, and spicy goodness.  But why call it "Fresh" you might ask?  Because what makes something fresher than Thai basil, lemongrass, and lemon peel?  This is our twist on a "season" beer which is great for all seasons!  Sante mes amies!
