This blended, barrel aged Imperial Stout got its name from Uenuku, the Polynesian goddess of rainbows. After fermentation, we split the batch into three different rum barrels; one Martinique and two Jamaican ones. After 8 months of barrel aging, the parts were blended back together, achieving a very complex heavy hitter full of rum notes!
